Terms of service
Effective:
These terms cover mixamash.com, accounts and the Mix-a-Mash apps, operated by Mixamash, Inc. Using them means you accept these terms.
What Mix-a-Mash is
Mix-a-Mash makes live mixes from your music. The beta is offered in the US to people aged 13 or older. Features may change, break or stop. Waitlist registration guarantees neither access nor a launch date.
Provided as is
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. Where law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Acceptable use
Use music you have the right to use. Do not overload the service, impersonate others or abuse signups. Report vulnerabilities responsibly.
Your content
Your music and mixes stay yours. You grant us a limited licence to copy and process uploaded files transiently to provide the service. Analysis audio is deleted when processing ends; it is not used for training.
Technical logs
Automatic technical logs are part of the service, with no off switch. Our privacy policy explains collection, retention and deletion.
Copyright notices
Send notices to Mixamash, Inc., Copyright Compliance, 131 Continental Dr Suite 305, Newark, Delaware, 19713, United States of America, hello@mixamash.com. Include your signature; the copyrighted work; the disputed material and where to find it; contact details; a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; and a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-notices
If material was removed by mistake, send your signature, identification and former location of the material, contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief in the mistake. Consent to the federal district court where you live (or where we may be found if abroad) and to service of process from the complainant. We forward valid counter-notices and restore access in 10–14 business days unless notified of a filed court action seeking restraint.
Ending
You may stop and delete your account. We may suspend violations and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
App-store terms
Apple’s standard EULA governs the iOS app where it conflicts with these terms. Third-party software keeps its own licences.
Governing law and changes
Delaware law governs. We post updates here; continued use means acceptance.
